The Brand & Communications Lead will shape and elevate a regional, multi-brand ecosystem that spans several high-impact organizations:
Kennemer Foods International – a leading agri–supply chain and farming operations company working across cacao, banana, and tropical fruits
Agronomika Finance – a rapidly growing microfinance institution empowering ruralwomen across the Philippines
Keneco – a carbon asset development and investment company focused on regenerative and natural capital assets across Southeast Asia
BaiAni Foundation – a non-profit organization strengthening community engagement and multi-stakeholder collaboration
Beyond these, the ecosystem also includes a dynamic portfolio of emerging sub-brands, such as consumer-facing food brands, livelihood and farmer programs, sustainability and climate initiatives, and natural asset brands.

Role Summary
The Lead Brand & Communications Manager sets the overall brand and communication direction for the Kennemer Group. The role ensures a unified brand identity, develops high-quality communication standards, and provides strategic guidance to all companies.
This includes defining brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and group-wide communication priorities.
Ideal candidates come from senior corporate brand/communications roles or agency environments managing major accounts or brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain Group brand strategy, architecture, and identity
Lead communication strategy for corporate, marketing, and community messaging
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all companies and channels
Guide subsidiaries on communication plans and strategic priorities
Shape internal communication direction for alignment across the Group
Strengthen communication systems, guidelines, and brand tools
Build and develop the Communications & Branding team
Support leadership communication and core corporate narratives
Qualifications
10+ years in communications, brand management, marketing communications, or agency account/strategy leadership
Strong background in brand development and communication planning
Experience managing cross-team or cross-country communication alignment
Excellent strategic thinking and writing skills
Strong judgment on brand and communication quality
Leadership experience in guiding or developing communication teams
Experience in multi-sector organizations, sustainability, social and environmental impact is a plus
